Plum tea tree Moisturier

The plum green tea moisturizer is perfect for combi, oily, acne-prone skin. The product says that it is silicone free, matte- finish moisturizer with non comedogenic ingedients. Daily pleasant after feel, non shiny and acne combat.

My Review:-

The moisturizer is very light and perfect for daily use. If you want to know when you need to apply a moisturizer the you can read my skincare routine here. The moisturizer does not feel oily as it is not thick which makes it suitable for an oily skin. You need to take a pump of it and dot it over your face and not forgetting the neck area and then gently massage it. It does not make your skin look greasy. The product also appears in a pump which makes it hygienic.

Plum Green Tea Alcohol free Toner

The plum green tea alcohol-free toner is for the combination, oily, acne prone skin. The product says that it contains organic anti- oxidant green tea that gives you fresh, taut feeling after use. Also, it reduces dryness and redness that alcohol can bring about.

How To Use:-

There is usually a skincare routine that you need to follow and the basics include Cleansing, Toning and moisturizing. I do it as below

1. First, you need to clean your face with a facewash that suits your skin type. I would usually recommend Neutrogena facewash that is good for all skin combination. However, if your skin is more acne prone you can use the tea tree range of body shop or the plum tea tree facewash. I use the Himalaya aloe-vera facewash.

2. Second, you nee to take a cotton pad and apply some toner onto it. After that, you need to evenly wipe your face with the cotton pad over your face and not forgetting the neck area. Let it dry for a few sec. What this does is it will make sure that your skin is even toned, also it will close the open pores and reduce the tiny zits on you face. This step has really made a huge difference on my skin. My face seems smoother now.

3. You need to moisturize. I use the plum tea tree moisturizer as it has worked wonders on my skin. It is very important to moisturize your skin to prevent it from becoming oily.

4. You need to apply a sunscreen before you leave your home.

Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream

Hi Guys!! Today, I'm gonna review the much loved Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream. The Miss Claire range is super affordable compared to Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream. Miss Claire claims that it's not a lipstick nor a gloss. Its nothing like you've experience before. It's lipstick cream that goes on silky but looks soft matte. I bought it for Rs 150 at a store named Beauty hub in Khar.

My Review

The Miss Claire range for soft matte lip cream is very matte, thick and highly pigmented. It is very long lasting precisely 6-7 hours. The Miss Claire soft Matte Lip Cream glides very smoothly on your lip. However, after a really long day it can make your lip dry. Thus, you need to apply a lip balm to leave your lip moisturised.

Packaging

These soft matte lip creams come in a transparent plastic packaging with a black screw cap. You can easily identify the shades as they are transparent and have a shade number written at the bottom of the bottle. The packging is very travel friendly and you can easily carry it in your clutch or everyday handbag.

Consistency

The consistency is thick and matte. Whereas the pigmentation is quite good and requires only two swipes to make it opaque.I have noticed that the lighter shades of missclaire are less pigmented than the darker ones. The texture is very creamy and feels like you've applied butter in your lips. It's very important to exfoliate your lips before applying a matte lip cream. I have 5 shades of the Miss Claire collection namely 41, 11, 42, 10, 07 and 16A.

L'Oreal 24H Infallible Liquid Foundation : Review, Swatches

Hi Guys!! In todays post, I'm gonna review the most precious drugstore gem named L'Oreal Infallible 24H Liquid foundation. I bought this from New Beauty Centre in Bandra. The shade near to my skin tone is 250 Sable Eclat Radiant Sand. L'Oreal claims that it provides no tranfer, no visible imperfection, no dry-out and a no mask effect. It also claims that it provides a 24 hour Matte effect that is enriched with Hylouron thus leaving your skin hydrated.

My Review

L'Oreal Infallible liquid foundation is quite thick and perfect for my skin tone. I'm in the shade 250 Radiant Sand. There are very few brands in India that I find perfect for my skintone as the brands here are usually a shade lighter than mine.  It provides a full coverage and is perfect for everyday look. However, you need to apply a concealer after that if you want a glamorous or a heavy look. It appears to be heavy but glides on very smoothely in your skin.

Packaging

The packaging is amazing and clean as this drugstore foundation appears in a pump. Its travel friendly, neat and quite functional. However, the bottle is a bit heavy but one pump is usually enough to give a light weight coverage to your skin.

Consistency

The consistency of this drugstore foundation is thick, matte and hydrating. It will glide very easily on your skin with the help of a makeup brush or a beauty blender. It also sets quite easily thus making you work less on your blending process. Personally, when I applied it , I did have a few spots of redness that were left uncovered, but after applying a concealer it looked even. I would recommend to apply a concealer if you want a maximum coverage. I have also read that this range from L'oreal is more focussed towards the yellow skintones, hence I feel this foundation is perfect for an Indian skin tone.

What I love about L'Oreal Infallible 24H Foundation

• Since I love Matte products, I like the fact that it has a matte finish.
• The pricepoint might be high but the product is worth your money.

Diwali look!!

Hi Guys!! Its Diwali Season already. Its always this time of the year that everyone in my house is either busy making sweets or just decorating the house. I love Diwali especially the fact that you can actually wish anyone Happy Diwali and it eventually bring a smile on their face. And that reminds me  My +Snapdeal order had arrived on the 29th and I remember me wishing him ( the delivery man) wishing the same and that smile in his face was so unforgettable :)

I ordered this dress from +Snapdeal at Rs 6000. This is from the brand named BIBA. The embroidery in the top is pure gold platted and adds an earthy effect to it. The embroidery also attached with some mirrored work.  The lehenga is pure gold and gives an elegant look. The top and the lehenga are attached together, so you don't have to wear it separately. Also the the accessories are from a local brand. I hope you'll enjoyed this look. And here's me wishing everyone a really awesome Happy Diwali !!!! :).
